Achieving Operational Efficiency with Sound Asset Management Strategie

The Alameda County Water District recently implemented a GIS-centric enterprise asset management system (Cityworks).  This presentation will discuss how we use our GIS to integrate with Cityworks, our J.D. Edwards accounting system, our Cayenta CIS system, and our mobile GIS infraMAP to improve our office and field workflows, dispatch work to our field crews, and determine if we are meeting our key performance indicator goals.
