Track: Emergency Management
Authors: Judd Muskat
Presented herein are examples from two recent events in California; the Refugio Incident, a petroleum pipeline rupture in Santa Barbara County, and the Valley Incident, a post wild-land fire ash and debris removal project in Lake County. Example map products are presented along with a model for the flow of data from field collection, into the Incident Command Post where it is vetted, collated and managed, and then information dissemination via a web-based Common Operational Picture.
