What has made the Navy GeoReadiness Program successful and how do they measure their success? This presentation will focus on how they have developed a GIS-based system for measuring how they are doing, where improvements can be made, and the best methods to convey that information to those outside the program. It will also demonstrate how others can create an ideal system for measuring success.
