Public safety professionals collaborated across multiple agencies and levels of government to meet the goals of National Incident Management System by implementing a shared ArcGIS platform. Live locational tracking of response assets by type provided real-time situational awareness to support Operations using DeLorme inReach satellite tracking devices. Cloud-based event CAD services through iNet Dispatch allowed for efficient assignment of appropriate resource and closest unit assignment.
