Mobile GIS Transforms Operations at St. Johns County Water Utilities

St Johns County established mobile apps to improve workflows for main breaks, customer notice, asset management and operations. Solutions are built on AG4LG Water, ArcGIS Online and Cityworks. Staff uses Investigator and Network Isolation to respond to line breaks, and Water Advisory and reverse-911 to inform customers of conditions. Asset maintenance and inspections integrate into condition analysis and capital planning. These transform the utility by improving response and customer service.
