We provide tax solution services for the local government in Japan to exact of the change of buildings by interpreting aerial images at 2 different times.We try to improve quickness and accuracy by extracting difference in height and rendering 3D images on ArcGIS Pro.The conventional method, which extracts the difference of color tone by 2D image,cost much time because shades or non-taxables objects were extracted as differences.
