The Ground Up: An Implementation of the Esri Platform

The airport recognized the value of GIS to the organization and strategically initiated an implementation with a discovery workshop. The result was a technical vision for the enterprise leveraging the Esri platform. Starting with a blank slate, the process was jumpstarted with Portal and ArcGIS for Server to establish a robust and scalable foundation. Within the first weeks the airport had prototype apps deployed and were eying a future that includes asset management and indoor positioning.
