An Agile Adaption of Esri’s Platform

Roanoke County has been an early and active adopter of Esri’s ArcGIS Solutions, employing the efficiencies of the templates to establish a suite of applications to deliver functionality to a diverse user base. The agile approach they have taken refers to an adoption pattern that starts first with configuration followed by customization. By partnering with GISi, the County has established a program derived from existing templates, but extended and tailored to County process and requirements.
