Digitizing Environmental Violation Reporting with ArcGIS Collector

Pressured by major policy changes, South Bend Code Enforcement was eager to move away from paper to digital processes. ArcGIS Collector Apps let that happen. Using a combination of published services, collector applications, automated models, and mail-merges, Code Enforcement was able to inspect violations, schedule re-inspections, and generate violation letters—a process that once took days was shortened to minutes, with violation letters being sent out they day violations are processed.
