The U.S. Census Bureau conducts the Boundary and Annexation Survey (BAS), annually. Through the BAS, the Census Bureau partners with State, County and Local governments to collect boundary updates of legal entities. This presentation will include information on the importance of accurate legal boundaries. In addition, this presentation will include an update on the Boundary Quality Assessment and Reconciliation Project, GSS Initiative, Community TIGER, and the Local Update of Census Addresses.
