Los Angeles County’s GAMA (Geographically Assisted Mass Appraisal) project will make effective use of the Esri’s Geostatistical Analyst features (Kriging) for the Los Angeles County Assessor Office’s computer assisted mass appraisal system. This presentation will demonstrate how we will capture the logistically impossible in real estate valuation and how we will improve the accuracy of property assessments of 2,300,000 parcels annually.
