The Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Program is an integral part of the 2020 Decennial Census Program and utilizes the expertise of tribal, state and local governments to improve the accuracy and completeness of the address list used to take the Census. Come hear about the improvements made to simplify participation in the LUCA program along with improvements to the quality of the data exchanged between the Census Bureau and our LUCA partners.
