Modern GIS applications need to be simple and intuitive while solving complex spatial problems. This requires developers to shift complexity to back-end frameworks such as ArcGIS Online.
This presentation will illustrate how the City of Tempe has leveraged the ArcGIS platform to develop an array of applications for diverse audiences.
We will describe our workflows as well as lessons learned in the development process.
