The U.S. Geological Survey is developing a new way to connect with The National Map (TNM) users in order to improve our understanding of how TNM products and services are being used. This presentation will describe our new approach to engage customers through Communities of Use (COU) and seek feedback that will guide the development and delivery of TNM products and services.
