Providing Data Access to Users in GISTAR

As the SC National Guard moves forward with its web mapping application, GISTAR, an effort is being made to put as much access to data as possible in the users’ hands. This has been carried out through the creation of the Import/Export tool, which allows users to bring in external data via web service and user created csv files, as well as export GIS data in multiple formats. The Identify tool has also been expanded to allow for complex spatial and attribute queries.
