Using Drones to identify solutions for mining issues. Drone technology is useful is evaluating the topographic profile of remediation projects, inspection of tailing facilities, haul road surveillance, LIDAR creation and the management of remote areas. Drone technology and ArcGIS work hand in hand to also provide a solution for disseminating the data through Portal for ArcGIS Server for analysis, planning and mine design.
