Spatial Asset Management and Risk Quantification for Utilities

For utilities to not just survive but flourish in an environment of tough regulatory req. and thin budgets, they must fully understand and plan for their risks as efficiently as possible. GIS-Centric approaches to IT systems and workflows enable utilities to leverage data from a variety of systems to help develop quantifiable asset risk scores, then analyze those scores to more precisely and efficiently target preventative maintenance and CIP expenditures.
