Building a Water Pipeline Across Seven Counties

This project consists of the design of a major water pipeline that crosses seven counties and roughly 500 parcels to help supplement water to a dwindling water source in Bexar County.Multiple GIS websites were developed to allow agencies to collect data in real-time.Project managers can access the GIS websites and see the status of each parcel and if there are any issues that might interfere in the alignment of the waterline.GIS was the only tool that allowed for real time decision making.
