Time Based Run Cards for Better Fire/EMS Response

The Prince George's County Fire/EMS department is implementing a response system based on travel times, rather than linear distance. In addition to the administrative box areas the response sequence, or running order is required.
Using a recently recently created regional routable road network, the closest 3 out of 272 regional fire stations were chosen for each of the approximately 250,000 County address points. Box areas were assigned to each unique set of responding stations.
