Abstract
Space Time Analysis of Crash Clusters on Street Network

Most ArcGIS Spatial Statistic tools use the spatial distance to analyze incident events. Spatial distance may not suitable for analyzing crash data in that crashes occur on the street network. It would make more sense to measure the network distance between two crash locations. ArcGIS Spatial Statistics tools are used to develop models to analyze crash clusters. A process is also developed to find the appropriate cutoff network distance which determines where the crash cluster is pronounced.
