A Toolbox to Create a Human Population Distribution Layer

The spatial distribution of human populations in a country are very important for monitor changes and planning.
Our work aims to define an efficient methodology to create a time aware raster layer on human population distribution at country level with a high spatial resolution utilizing ArcGIS for Desktop and ArcGIS Online data.
We present a Python toolbox that generates a time aware spatial distribution layer of the population in a country utilizing the dasymetric mapping technique.
