Enhancements to SC National Guard’s GI-STAR HTML 5 Web-Mapping App

In-house enhancements to SC National Guard’s viewer GI-STAR include a Strategic Planning (SP) viewer; ability to import and export data; RFMSS charts in Operations &Training viewer; new Facilities Management (FM) tools. SP supports recruiting and planning with demographic layers, zipcode quick facts tool, dynamic charts, and layer comparison swipe. FM viewer users track deferred maintenance and view charts, and enter and view digital 1354s. Users can also import and export csv and kml files.
