Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food Compass Map: Mapping Local and Region

Know Your Farmer, Know Your Food is a USDA-wide effort to strengthen local and regional food systems and the Compass Map geographically catalogs Federal investments these food systems. Federal, State and community users can search and visually display projects by topic areas, recipient types and federal funding sources within their defined area of interest and larger context of local food system infrastructure. Session will include a demonstration and a discussion of the development process.
