Dude, What's My Zoning?

My goal was to create an online zoning app that was crisp, clean, fast, and easy to use.
Needed: no custom coding, large and prominent 'Search' box, feature highlighted on zoom-in, automatic popup box on zoom-in, search by APN or address, fast search result.
The key to success was pre-processing my data and duplicating one layer to allow searching on two different fields.
The result is a speedy, focused web app for the public, and a happy Planning Department.
