All In with AGO: Making AGO THE Center of a City’s GIS Enterprise

In one year Philadelphia recast AGO from underutilized tool to THE center of its GIS enterprise platform and service delivery model. Philly setup a central org, governance, custom profiles, radicalized metadata, trained GIS and nonGIS users, and executed Open Data publishing via Oracle, AGO, Socrata and data marts. Implementing tackled org migrations, tracking, logins, and data 2big2 upload. What worked or have been done better? How Esri can improve AGO for the municipal enterprise discussed.
