Utilizing Geospatial Resources for Regional Collaboration during UCI

In September Central Virginia hosted the UCI 2015 World Championships. This required multi-jurisdiction and agency coordination of resources and responses, something the region had not done previously. Using ArcGIS Online, iNet Dispatch and Delorme inReach SE devices, the Technology Section implemented multiple spatial data resources to provide real-time information and situation awareness to the Unified Command. This event provided a blueprint for future regional events locally and elsewhere.
