Corporate Conservation of Marine Biodiversity, An MOW Project

To integrate ecosystem services into coastal and ocean management, The Nature Conservancy and its partners created Mapping Ocean Wealth (MOW). “Corporate Conservation of Marine Biodiversity” is a component of MOW that maps areas critical to the conservation of marine biodiversity with corporate use of the ocean in order to analyze the relationship between exploitative use and conservation zones. This tool will eventually be used to guide companies investing in biodiversity conservation efforts.
