Availability and accessibility of transportation, in all its modes, has a major impact on the quality of life for the residents of Fresno County, California. Affordable and accessible transportation options allow residents to shop for necessities, attend school, visit the doctor, acquire employment and conduct other key aspects of life. This study illustrated how small changes can greatly improve community access.
