Urban Planning will be the best way that has a city to contribute in the development of Smart cities. Using CityEngine we have the possibility to identify, measure and solve problems related whit the new urbanistic designs implementation. This presentation shows the modeling projections based on the new politics and projects for the Bogota’s downtown, and it allows to evaluate the potential of this changes on the urban area mentioned.
