Adopting the Esri Platform Improves Utility Management Practices

CH2M owns, operates, and maintains the water, wastewater and recycled water utility systems at Fort Irwin, CA. For years, our O&M team used paper map books when performing their duties. CH2M began leveraging recent advancements Esri’s platform in late 2014 to improve utility management practice and transparency. We will present our journey to O&M nirvana that includes, getting started, work processes and flows supported, the value realized, lessons learned, and future plans.
