How to Pick the Right data: using drones and satellites in water funds

We investigated the potential of high-resolution data to improve water fund design by providing more accurate and precise data. Working primarily in Kenya, we identified agricultural management practices and land cover / crop types from 1m Pleiades data. We also investigated the potential of UAVs / drones to estimate turbidity, concentrating in Maryland given challenges in flying drones in Kenya.
