Using Waze to Improve Traffic... and Supercharge Economic Development

The world's largest, crowdsourced, traffic navigation app is well-known for helping people save 5 minutes or more on their commutes. But that's not all it can do... Through it's partnership with Waze, the City of Johns Creek, Georgia (a suburb of Atlanta) has been able to warn drivers of construction and also market businesses in the City. Through this data sharing, users can more easily find businesses in the City (not just by address) and navigate to these businesses more intelligently.
