Enterprise GIS Implementation for National Security

The Ministry of National Security for the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago embarked on an Enterprise GIS Implementation project in 2014. Our solution is built on ArcGIS Server Javascript API and ArcGIS Desktop technology. We performed requirement analysis, customized applications, system integration, installation and training as part of our solution. During this presentation we will discuss our roadmap to success, lesions learned as well as dos and don’ts for a National Security Enterprise GIS.
