Identifying Priority Routes to Address Congestion and Connectivity

Highway congestion is an ongoing burden for the State of Texas. Billions of dollars are going to be spent on studies, planning and construction to ease this congestion. My task was to display a network of potential corridors in an understandable/shareable format for administrative decisions to be made for further analysis. I produce a pdf map of potential corridors, an ArcGIS Online map for viewing, editing, and comments, and GDB to aid in matching up potential corridors with planned projects.
