One of Texas’ largest raw water suppliers, Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) provides water to 1.7 million people in North Central Texas over 140 miles of pipeline. Working with ddms, inc., TRWD built a tool leveraging JavaScript libraries to analyze and visualize net volume change of pipelines based on user-selected criteria within maps and graphs. This presentation showcases TRWD’s dewatering tool and discusses the transition from using an Esri ArcMap Add-In to a web-mapping solution.
