The DeKalb County Dept. of Watershed Management (DWM) prioritized reducing Sanitary Spills and Overflows (SSO) within their system. DWM integrated enterprise software and hardware platforms to prioritize and implement rehabilitation projects. Processes include field collection (Collector), PACP, and smoke testing; analyzing data with SCREAM and InfoMaster for rehab recommendations; and modeling the GIS for capacity priorities. Results generated corrective actions, maintenance, and CIP schedules.
