NASA’s Science Directorate uses the Esri ArcGIS Platform, satellite data and modeling to provide actionable information to stakeholder communities that include national and international partners to inform management decisions. The Applied Sciences Disasters Program supports projects to enhance management practices and disaster reduction across disaster types, including air quality related events. The Atmospheric Science Data Center (ASDC) operationally uses ArcGIS to improve data discoverability, accessibility and interoperability.
