Reducing health disparities is a focus area within the County of San Diego, especially understanding the association between health and key behaviors. Using market potential data, a health behavior score was used to expand prior analyses of behavior patterns and spatial association with four chronic diseases. Our results show these variables to be co-localized and differ in profile by disease; thus, creating an opportunity for a targeted program efforts to reduce disease disparities.
