Querying and Visualizing Sales and Property Values using ArcGIS Online

LaSalle Co. developed an ArcGIS Online app for County staff and Township Assessors to query, analyze and visualize sales and property values spatially. Color ramps are applied to each value type (Land and Building) as well as all sales and sales within the past three years. Queries can be performed for value ranges on each type. Sales queries can be performed using dates, geographic extent and class code. Using the app outliers can be easily located then fixed improving equity.
