Delivering an Enterprise Geospatial Platform

ConocoPhillips developed and executed a three-year GIS Roadmap for development of an enterprise geospatial platform. The first part of the presentation will focus on components of the roadmap, and the delivery of the standard GIS platform. The second part of the presentation will focus on the utilization of the Geospatial platform across the organization with specific examples being leveraged by the business
