The Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand has a policy to support renewable energy businesses, such as solar, hydro and waste power plants. For MEA, over 3,200 sq.m., there are about 3,494 projects. To support the maintenance, planning and analysis for the MEA’s distribution system, a web application using ArcGIS Web Portal based on the MEA’s GIS data has been implemented. The analysis of electricity capacity from renewable energy and carbon dioxide reduction are calculated precisely.
