State of Hawaii Flood Hazard Assessment Tool (FHAT)

The FHAT is a state of Hawaii sponsored informational GIS web site to provide property owners with flood and flood-related hazards relative to their building assets. The tool integrates GIS data from FEMA, state and local sources to display hazard information in an easy to use, intuitive format. The system is managed under the local National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Coordinator. The tool has become a significant resource for real estate community when assessing property risk.
