ArcGIS Online Changes Client-Consultant Collaboration in Cleveland

NEORSD embarked on 2 major local sewer system evaluation projects - requiring many types of data collection at 1000s of locations over 2 years. This type of project in the past was often done in a 'hand off model' - with GIS data exchanging from client to consultant - and then work was done over the course of the project - and then returned. In essence - many copies of data, many servers, many formats, minimal collaboration. ArcGIS Online changed ALL THAT - to a very collaborative effort today.
