Roanoke County has been leading the way for local governments, having long since adopted the ArcGIS for Local Government solutions. The County has not only implemented out-of-the-box solutions, but have also customized some of the Esri templates. This presentation will discuss the process for determining the appropriate web solution, what to consider when customizing templates and how to prevent application fatigue.
