Talking Points:Tapping Potential for Large-Scale Resource Planning
Authors: El Carlos Aran, Pat Reed, Ashley Goldhor-Wilcock

A comprehensive database of comments across all projects for large-scale monitoring and reporting is possible. We lay out examples of addressing the above uses, including objectives, tasks, application to resource planning, and software configurations.
