Presented with the challenge of meeting a regulatory Area Coverage License Obligation Three needed a new solution for creating coverage maps and data feeds. ArcGIS was identified as the only solution that met both Three's processing and fully automated production requirements. Utilising ArcGIS' raster functionality, Python Scripts & REST Service API the data feeds used widely across 3 are now processed quicker using a solution that is now scalable, flexible and has led to a reduction in OPEX
