Medeem – Delivering Sustainable Land Tenure Documentation in Zambia

Medeem has taken on the task of supporting councils, government and customary officials with an innovative and private-sector approach to documenting land rights. Medeem is a land documentation company that seeks to bridge the gap in tenure documentation, and actively working to expand the concept of SMART cities. Medeem is providing a cost effective, demand-driven approach, to households who have existed for generations with nothing more than an oral agreement of their ownership rights.
