Leveraging GIS as an Authoritative Data Source (ADS)

GIS is core technology used to perform geospatial analysis which informs decision making at various level of complexity for a diversity of government/military/industry/ business areas. Effective geospatial analysis requires data sources to be trusted and authoritative. This introduces USAF implementation of an IGI&S ADS to help GIS users understand: What is ADS? Why is IGI&S ADS important? How is ADS determined? Where to find ADS? What about Data Stewards? Do standards apply? Who creates an ADS?
