Planning the Future: Improving Capital Improvement

Projects are submitted to the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and are then reviewed by the County Commissioners. The projects consist of several hundred static PDF pages without comprehensive geographic information. Through a multi-departmental effort, the CIP projects are now presented with various Esri applications. This has involved communication between departments, increased data transparency, and streamlined the project review process.
