Using Survey123 to Track and Analyze Police “Use of Force”

Problem:The JCPD had an outdated workflow that included manual tallying of incident reports that also omitted location analysis.Solution:The GIS team utilized the Survey123 to track/andalyze incidentws. Survey123 and ArcGIS Online allow police officers and managers the self-reliance to input data and obtain incident analysis during all hours of the day without GIS staff being present. The Analysis can be used to identify high-risk spots to anticipate the need to dispatch multiple officers.
